Gotta catch em’ all!
Pokémon lovers and fans, hear this! This coming May, Singapore will be the first country in Southeast Asia to have a pop-up Pokémon cafe at Bugis Junction from 27 May 2016 to 31 July 2016!
After the success of the world’s first pop-up Pokémon café in Tokyo, Singaporean otakus will get a chance to experience the kawaii world of Pokémon for two whole months!
Brought over by Japanese retailer PARCO, the Pokémon café will not only serve various adorable Pokémon-themed food but also sell limited edition Pokémon merchandise.
The pop-up café will temporarily replace the retail space of Everything With Fries at Level 4, Lady Iron Chef reports.
There will be a total of 12 Pokémon-themed dishes at the café, and there’s a possibility that a Pikachu mascot would be taking a “peek at you” (get it?) during the two-month period.
