An Honest Mistake to release brand new EP and go on tour!

Make no mistake, An Honest Mistake is coming to a university near you with a brand new EP!

Malaysian pop punk band An Honest Mistake is set to release their brand new EP consisting of five songs called "The Corporate EP" this year!

The EP will see the band take a different approach to the scene, where all five songs are actually covers of popular pop songs redone in their own style with their signature sound that fans know and love.

"The Corporate EP" will feature tons of guest vocals too, featured in songs that range from pop classics like Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" to newer mainstream successes like Bruno Mars'"That's What I Like".

"The Corporate EP" has five cover songs featuring some of the best local artists in Malaysia.

Following their anticipated EP, the Klang Valley based outfit will embark on a six-stop journey to different colleges under clothing brand Levi's Live Summer tour starting from this 30 March.

The tour will include five other artists from different genres namely Aisyah Aziz, Cuurley, Damnyoudan, DJ Biggie, and Kiddsanthe, thus making the tour a variation of music genres that caters to a wider audience.

Not only are An Honest Mistake coming up with an EP, they are going on tour too!

At each stop, the boys of An Honest Mistake will also lead mentorship sessions for students who are keen in starting out in the growing local music scene, and to help them prepare for what is to come since the band has been around for 10 years and has a deep understanding of the scene.

On top of that, there will be a battle of the bands event to encourage aspiring musicians and/or singers to embrace their musical talents. The winner of each university entry will then advance to the finals happening at The Bee, Publika on 12 May.

The artist that emerges victorious will win RM 2,000 worth of Levi's apparels and a one song recording deal with Pulse Soundworks.
