Chadwick Boseman was recently named Best Actor, posthumously, for his performance in Netflix's "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom" at the 2021 Golden Globe Awards,
The award was accepted by Boseman's widow, Taylor Simone Ledward, who expressed, "He would say something beautiful, something inspiring, something that would amplify that little voice inside of all of us that tells you you can. That tells you to keep going, that calls you back to what you are meant to be doing at this moment in history."

His Best Actor win meant that Boseman's Academy Awards' nomination is virtually locked. The late "Black Panther" star will be competing again at the Screen Actors Guild Awards this April.
Boseman passed away back in August 2020 after years of battling colon cancer. He was 43.
