Cue the “Baywatch” theme song now, because The Hoff is going to be the Captain for this year’s It’s The Ship!
Known for playing the sexy lifeguard Mitch Buchannon in the 90s “Baywatch” series, David Hasselhoff will be hosting the third instalment of Asia’s largest music festival cruise, and we can’t think of anyone more fitting for the position.
Set for sail on 4 November from Singapore to Penang and back to Singapore on 7 November, It’s The Ship 2016will see an epic line-up of EDM royalties from around the world, covering multi music genres, with new shows and acts.

“We believe that we have put together a solid, diverse and multi-genre line-up this year,” said Muhammad Iqbal, Group CEO of The Livescape Group, organiser of It’s The Ship.
“With It's The Ship going into its third year, we wanted to refresh the customer journey by bringing acts who we think will help us create the perfect engagement with the fans on board,” he added.
“But in true Livescape fashion, we still have a couple more things up our sleeves, to further enhance the It's The Ship experience so we're excited to see how these different entertainment elements will come together to provide a one of a kind adventure for our returning shipmates and new ones.”
This year will also see the introduction of exciting themed nights on multiple stages. The themes are “Get Lucky”, “Sexy by Nature” and “Armada Night”.
It’s The Ship will takes place on the prestigious Royal Caribbean International cruise liner, “Mariner of the Seas”, a 15-deck cruise-liner which is one of the world’s largest cruises.
