Los Angeles’ legendary burger and wine bar, 25 Degrees, is finally opening its second Asian outlet after Bangkok – and the location will be in the Lion City!
A cult favourite among the Hollywood A-list, the award-winning concept, 25 Degrees Burgers and Liquor Bar is named after the precise temperature difference between a raw and well-done hamburger.
There are so far five 25 Degrees outlets around the world, with Singapore as the latest entry and one coming soon in Macau, while other locations include Chicago and Huntington Beach.
With a sophisticated new twist on the traditional American burger bar concept, 25 Degrees presents tender and juicy variations of prime ground sirloin and fresh free range chicken grilled according to personal preference with a choice of gourmet cheeses and toppings.
Located in Hotel G Singapore, there are only five burgers featured on the menu – three with beef patties, one with seared yellowfin tuna, and one veggie burger – and all of them are simply named by the numbers.
Their signatures include Number One which is a 200g USA angus beef patty, crescenza, gorgonzola, bacon, caramelised onions and Thousand Island dressing (SGD14) burger, and Number Four which is seared yellowfin tuna, lettuce, fried onions and spicy aioli (SGD14).
Aside from the burgers, there are also a lunch set menu, sides and drinks, desserts, and more.
