Singapore is the latest addition to Britney Spears’ upcoming Asia tour which already includes dates in the Philippines and Thailand.
The exciting news was announced by concert promoter IME Singapore via their social media account with the caption, “For the first time, the Princess of Pop will be bringing her spectacular tour to Singapore. We will be announcing the tour details soon. Stay tuned!”
Britney last performed in Singapore almost two decades ago in 1998 at a closed-door showcase, so this will be the first time that the 35-year-old will perform a full-fledged concert in Singapore.
So far, the ticket information and venue is yet to be announced for the show, but it will take place on 30 June 2017, which will be the singer’s fifth stop in Asia.
Other Asian locations include Hong Kong and Japan.
Her tour is to support her latest album “Glory” which was released last year.
