Dance-rock band DNCE is set to groove in Bangkok and Singapore for the first time as part of their upcoming tour in Southeast Asia!
Fronted by former Disney star Joe Jonas from the band, Jonas Brothers, the “Cake by the Ocean” and “Toothbrush” hitmakers will also be performing at the Philippines’ In the Mix music festival alongside Dua Lipa, Zara Larsson, Daya and Two Door Cinema Club on 17 August 2017.
DNCE’s Bangkok and Singapore debut is happening 10 and 15 August, respectively.
Their Bangkok performance will be supported by Japanese band Sekai no Owari and American rapper Gnash, taking place at the GMM Live House, while, their Singapore’s stop will be held at Suntec Convention Centre (Hall 403).
Tickets for DNCE’s Bangkok show will be sold at THB2500 via thaiticketmajor.com, starting 23 June, while the tickets for the Singaporean leg priced at SGD128 (Standard), SGD188 (Premier), and SGD278 (VIP), via apactix.com, starting 21 June.
Formed in the summer of 2015, DNCE consists of vocalist Joe Jonas, bassist & keyboardist Cole Whittle, guitarist JinJoo Lee, and drummer Jack Lawless.
The group first introduced themselves to audiences worldwide with the release of “Cake by the Ocean”, their now 3x certified platinum-selling breakout smash, which reached the top 10 in several charts, including on the US Billboard Hot 100.
Their following-up hit “Toothbrush” amassed over 68 million YouTube views as well as achieving a global consumption of over 1 million.
Recently, the band released their new single called “Kissing Strangers” featuring rap queen Nicki Minaj.
