Bestival, England’s iconic and annual music festival is now expanding to Asia for the very first time!
Dubbed as Bestival Bali, Bestival organisers announced the expansion after the festival’s successful inception in Toronto, Canada two years ago.
Making waves since a decade ago in 2004, Bestival is an award-winning four-day boutique festival held in the south of England.
Its concept is similar to another UK festival, Glastonbury Festival where festival-goers are able to camp at the location throughout the duration of the festival.
As it makes its way to Asia for the very first time, the first phase line-up for the inaugural Bestival Bali has been announced and they include alt-J, Purity Ring, Rudimental, De La Soul, George Clinton's Parliament Funkadelic, The Cuban Brothers, Rob da Bank, and let’s not forget Indonesia’s very own Stars and Rabbit and Ras Muhamad.
The festival will be held for two days only, on 30 September and 1 October at the majestic grounds of Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park.
Tickets for the festival can be purchased at bestivalbali.com, pricing at USD200 for pre-sale, USD500 for VIP Table, and USD450 for VIP Standing.
