Imagine if Batman says his famous two-word introduction line in Malay – “Aku Batman!”
Well, there’s no need to imagine it anymore because soon, we will be able to read the Malay-language translation version of DC Comics as Malaysian publishing company Buku Fixi has secured the rights to translate the back catalogue of DC Comics into Malay.
The announcement was made along with the launch of Grafixi, a new imprint for graphic novels which will kick off with “Superman/Batman: Public Enemies” and “Supergirl” at the end of the month, Bleeding Cool reports.
Copies of the translated books will be available at Buku Fixi’s booth at Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair 2016, from 29 April to 9 May 2016, which will take place at Malaysia Agro Exposition Park (MAEPS), Serdang.
According to Fixi’s Facebook page, one graphic novel will cost RM30, but if you buy two, you can get them at only RM50.
