The most successful YouTuber in the world is quitting his YouTube channel!

YouTube superstar PewDiePie has told his fans that he will be deleting his YouTube channel after owning 50 million subscribers, and that is likely to be pretty soon as he currently has 49.7 subscribers.

The reason the Swedish vlogger resort to such action is because he claimed that YouTube is killing his channel.

“YouTube is trying to kill my channel. It is clear. It is happening if you watch my analytics. It is all going down,” the 27-year-old said in a recent video titled “DELETING MY CHANNEL AT 50 MILLION”.

PewDiePie whose real name is Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg, also claimed that he had seen his video views decline and some of his videos were no longer appearing for subscribers.

He suggested that the new algorithms promoted clickbait and “recommended videos”.

“It’s because I have so many subscribers, they are trying to kill my channel. This is all a conspiracy. YouTube wants to kill my channel. I’ve decided the only way to stop my channel from dying – I know you are going to think I am joking – but I am going to delete my channel,” he said in his video.

Nevertheless, PewDiePie also said that he is not actually going to quit YouTube, he is just planning on deleting his current existing channel and start fresh with a new one.

On a more recent update, PewDiePie mentioned on his Twitter that YouTube has heard his complaints and is currently looking into the issues.

KOMTAR – an acronym for Kompleks Tun Abdul Razak – is Penang’s tallest building since 1985 and the sixth tallest building in Malaysia that stands at the height of 232 metres.

Now, after 30 years since its inception, the general public can access the highest floors of the tower with its addition of The Rainbow Skywalk.

According to the Star Online, The Rainbow Skywalk is a semi-circle glass path that juts several metres out of the building, and it is not for the faint-hearted.

Only World Group (OWG) chief operating officer Datuk Jean Koh said to The Star, “We’ve seen many people who cannot shake off that acrophobic dizziness when they step onto the glass. Some will not even try.”

“But many love it. You can lie down and take a selfie with the little buildings below as your background. It is a rare opportunity,” added Datuk Jean.

The skywalk which is visible from Penang Road, Macalister Road and Datuk Keramat Road is reportedly using the same glass flooring as America’s Grand Canyon Skywalk.

The walk that was put to a range of test by Universiti Sains Malaysia is also heat-treated, temper-proofed and laminated with the material of the highest quality.

Chief Executive Officer of OWG, Datuk Seri Richard Koh, is looking to revitalise the out of favour shopping mall since 2012 with the main aim of turning the place into a leisure destination for locals and also tourist alike.

There are many other attractions that are built around the roof of the building including a mysterious attraction which is referred to as the luckiest chair in the world – are being kept under wraps until the official unveiling of the venue.

The Rainbow Skywalk along with many other attractions are set to open on 18 December 2016.

The crown prince of Johor Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim has presented a handsome reward to Penang footballer Faiz Subri for his physics-defying wonder goal that has been shortlisted for the finals of 2016 FIFA Puskas Award.

The Star has reported that Tunku Ismail, who is also the patron of the Professional Footballers Association of Malaysia (PFAM) will award the player a cash reward of RM15,000 as a token of appreciation for his achievement of being in the top three for this year's FIFA Puskas Award.

On the official Johor Southern Tigers’ Facebook, the crown prince had also made it clear that the reward has nothing to do with the speculation of Faiz Subri joining JDT (Johor Darul Ta’zim) for the next season of the Malaysian league.

The 29-year-old midfielder will be going up against Brazil's Marlone and Venezuela’s Daniuska Rodriguez for the final round of voting.

Popular gaming franchise features Malaysian culture and food

The latest edition of the Final Fantasy gaming series, “Final Fantasy XV” features Malaysian culture and food in one of its fictional town named ‘Lestallum’.

Malaysians were stunned when the fictional town in the game contained foods that resembled Malaysia’s Roti Canai, Satay and Teh Tarik.

In addition to that, the game also incorporated the ‘Mamak’ and ‘Lepak’ culture in the town through its laid back residents and lifestyle.

Turns out, the foods that were in the was designed on purpose by leading game designer, Wan Hazmer Wan Abd Halim.

Snippet of the tasty looking Roti Canai
Working for Square Enix-the company that designed and developed Final Fantasy XV- the Malaysian tried to incorporate the Malaysian way of laidback living in the game.

Speaking to The Star Online, the designer said that “One of the towns that you'll come across is Lestallum. Its food culture is inspired by our Mamak stall culture”.
Want some satay ?
“So yes, for the first time in Final Fantasy history, you'll be able to see Roti Canai, Satay and Teh Tarik,” added Wan.

Not stopping there, Wan also tried to put in some more local flavour in the gameplay by persuading the developers to include ‘Pontianak’ and ‘Orang Minyak’ in the game which was rejected for not fitting the Final Fantasy world.

Final Fantasy XV takes place in the fictional world of Eos where all the world's countries are under the empire of Niflheim.
Great works on the "Teh Tarik" graphics

The game’s only playable character, Noctis Lucis Caelum, goes on a quest to retake his homeland from the notorious Niflheim.

The game was released on 29 November 2016 and is available on all PlayStation and Xbox One platforms.

Youngest son of the Beckhams debuts his Xmas single

The youngest son of celebrity couple David and Victoria Beckham, Cruz Beckham has made his debut into the music industry by releasing his first single, “If Everyday Was Christmas”.

The 11-year-old was also revealed to have already signed with Justin Bieber’s talent manager Scooter Braun as his new Instagram and Twitter accounts are managed by Scooter Braun Productions.

Since it’s a Christmas single, it was made for a good cause as the proceeds will go to the Make Some Noise charity, which supports disadvantaged children and young people across the U.K.

Former Spice Girls member Victoria revealed that she realised her son’s talent after hearing him sing in the back of the car.

“He's always the one that plays football, and he was just singing in the back of the car one day. And he was singing, and I was like, 'Wow, you can really sing.' And then he picked up his cups and off he went,” she said as quoted by Metro UK.

However, not everyone is pleased and proud with Cruz’s path into the music industry, especially British TV personality Piers Morgan who slammed both David and Victoria for allowing this to happen.

“Cruz is only 11-years-old and has absolutely zero proper musical training or experience. He’s only been able to release such a high profile pop record - all in the name of ‘charity’, naturally - because his parents are David and Victoria Beckham,” Morgan wrote on Mail Online.

“It goes to the harsh reality of the Beckhams’ decision to deliberately propel their little boy into ‘superstardom’ when he’s 11-years-old and hasn’t had to work a single minute of his life to earn that right,” he added.

Comparing Cruz’s situation to Justin Bieber’s who also found fame around the same age, Morgan pinpointed that the fame would messes Cruz’s life and he will be “missing out on almost all the normal things a teenager might do.”

“This morning, Cruz’s singing debut was met with equal doses of praise and abuse on social media. The volume of both will only increase over the next few weeks and it can be a deeply unsettling experience for adults let alone kids.”

Augmented reality and location based game Pokémon Go has announced an exciting update for its fans.

Niantic, the company responsible for the game just recently unveiled that on 12 December 2016, new Pokémon will be added into the game.

Some rumours are suggesting that it could be the unreleased Generation One Pokémon such as the legendary birds Zapdos, Articuno and Moltres, as well as Mew and Mew Two.

But some also hinted that it could also be an all new Pokémon from Generation Two that are inspired from the “Pokémon Gold and Silver” game.

Being tight-lipped over the details of the new Pokémon and leaving it to the fans to speculate, Niantic release a statement on their official site, saying:-

“While we cannot share all the details yet, keep an eye out on our social media channels on December 12th for details about the first addition of more Pokémon into Pokémon GO.”

Pokemon Go, doubted as the most popular mobile game ever made, faced tough challenges to revive its popularity since the number of players dropped significantly.

According to a report from Bloomberg, Pokemon Go’s daily active users, downloads, engagement, and time spent on the app per day are all well off their peaks and on a downward trend.

R.I.P Pokemon Go ?

Adding on, the recent update of speed cap to spin Pokéstop and limit on items gained from Pokéstops seems to be adding to the decline.

But with this exciting new update, the company would look to boost the engagement back and try to bring the game back to its prime.

Pokemon Go is a location based augmented reality game that requires players to use real life location to catch Pokémon and either train or battle them in virtual gyms.

The game was such a huge hit when it was released that the Guinness Book of World Records awarded the game for being the fastest mobile phone game ever to gross USD100 million in revenue in a mere 20 days.
